Stewarding your team’s development is a cornerstone of building a culture of inclusion and equity. Every summer I take the opportunity to design and host a creative, professional development retreat for my team. We spend the day working, learning, and designing solutions together. Branded as the (re)Boot camp, sessions include creative exercises, strategic planning, and team building exercises.
Streamlining Internal Systems
Working together as a team is what drives business forward. Together we mapped out our client services and project systems in order to redesign a better workflow from initial inquiry to product delivery.
The end result was an updated systems flow implemented over the following fiscal year.
